Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe - 3 ingredients

Equipment

• standing mixer

Ingredients

• 500 ml cream
• 400 g sweetened condensed milk
• Vanilla flavor

Optional

• caramel cream
• caramelized nuts
• cocoa
• pistacio

Notes

With the mixer make whipped cream. Add the sweatened condensed milk to a bowl and in 2 parts, gently mix in the whipped cream and the vanillia flavolur.  The vanilla ice cream "base" is ready to go to the freezer at this point.

You can also add any of the optional ingredients like a bit of caramel cream, pistacios, caramelized nuts. (optional) Once your mix is ready, place it in a freezer safe recipient and let it cool for several hours.

Update: I tried this recipe and full hearteadly recommend it! I had at home some cream, some sweetened condensed milk, and I said, what the heck, I whip it together and the taste is oh my oh my!  Tasted it when it was almost frozen, and the taste is absolutely amazing.
