Tortillas de pollo con queso.

My favorite spanish recipe blogger strikes again!  the funniest part is “Esto que no se nombra” (this that we don’t name) made me chuckle.  As the spanish say… tiene muy buena pinta.

Tortillas de pollo con queso

Ingredients
  

  • 260 g chicken breast, cut to finger sizes
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 50 g shredded cheese (mozarella for example)
  • half onion cut in julien
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 50 g chopped brokkoli *this is what's not named in the video
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • oil to fry

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken breast to small cubes, add salt and pepper, choppped garlic, the "no name ingredient" (brokkoli) and the fine cut onions
  2. add to chicken eggs
  3. shredded cheese
  4. mix it well
  5. oil a pan, and add spoonfull portions of the mix. Fry them well, 2-3 minutes and turn to the other side for another 2 minutes. And done.
