Meatballs in vine sauce – spanish recipe

Looks good, simple enough and I can’t wait to discover a meatball recipe that is not just “our traditional” way to eat metballs (no, no… I don’t mean the Ikea way LOL). I think it’s fascinating how every country and culture has it’s own versions of meatballs, and while the ingredients are mostly the same, the end result can vary quite a lot.  Even the meatballs made by my mom or mother in law, from the same ingredients, almost the same recipe and way of making are different….
